Scheduling and Coordination: Managing appointments meetings and travel arrangements for executives or teams.
Communication: Handling phone calls emails and correspondence often acting as the first point of contact.
Documentation: Preparing reports memos and presentations; maintaining filing systems and records.
Office Management: Ordering supplies managing office equipment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Support Tasks: Assisting with data entry research and other administrative tasks as needed.
