Job Description

Office Admin in Bellville, Cape Town.

Responsibilities


  • Provide admin support.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and general office communications.

  • Liaise with all departments to support business operations.

  • Maintain company records, filing systems, documentation, and compliance-related files.

  • Assist with processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining inventory-related records.

  • Support the finance function by preparing invoice documentation and completing general administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate daily logistics activities, including courier bookings, collections, and verifying order picking and packing processes.


Minimum Requirements


  • Matric (Grade 12).

  • Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (written and spoken).

  • 3–5 years' office administration experience.
