  • Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Thu (8.30AM - 6PM); Fri (8.30AM - 5.30PM)

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming phone calls and email enquiries.
  • Attend to office visitors.
  • Manage and refill office supplies when required.
  • Handle Purchase Requisition and issuance of Purchase Order.
  • Book Customers’ Purchase Orders and inform the Finance team for invoicing.
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving deliveries, assist with stock check and inventory records.
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are completed on time, within budget, and sent to the correct place.
