Referral Coordination Centre – Part‑time Administrators

About the Role
We are seeking to employ two part‑time administrators in the Referral Coordination Centre (RCC). These are exciting opportunities to be part of the beginning of a patient's journey into Waikato Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately analyse referrals from the Best Practice (BPAC) electronic referral system.
- Accurately create patient referrals in the patient management system.
- Accurately wait‑list for the booking clerks to book.
- Accurately adhere to guidelines for using relevant patient management systems.
- Regular audits carried out.
