Job Description
Working for a global company who pride themselves on their innovative technology, the Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Operations function by managing order processing activities, including placing new orders, coordinating repairs, handling credit returns, and processing replacements.
The team is responsible for ensuring all orders and processes are completed efficiently and accurately, delivering industry-leading customer service. This Administrator role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage quality and accuracy across all order processing tasks.
