Qualifications
- handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage purchase requisitions and equipment orders and co-ordinate with vendors and service providers as required.
- Draft, edit, and proofread various documents, including emails, reports and invoices.
- Input and manage data in databases and spreadsheets, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and assisting with the production of site-specific reports/KPIs.
- Liaise with managers, colleagues and other internal and external key stake-holders effectively
- Work accurately and at pace to ensure deadlines are met
Support the operations team with a wide range or routine and ad-hoc administrative activities
