Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the general clerical duties such as filling documentation, preparation of correspondence letter, provide administrative support to the company.
- To ensure accuracy in data entry.
- Handling incoming phone call and visitors.
- Check list and order for pantry, household product, stationary, etc.
- Assist in claims calculations.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with invoice processing.
- Executing other task as directed by management.
