Job Description

We partner with organizations from start-up to multinational levels. We are looking for a part time administrative support to be the right hand to the General Manager in the Toronto office.

This role is critical in supporting both the business as well as the team nationally. You will be a key figure in ensuring there is administrative support to allow the business to continue to grow.

Day to Day
  • - Reception of clients and candidates to the office.
  • - Answering phone calls and business inquiries.
  • - Ordering supplies for the Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and Halifax offices.
  • - Supporting the VP of Operations with accounts receivable.
