About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Administrative & Sales Support Coordinator . This role combines office administration with commercial support and offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborating closely with our Human Resources team in Budapest and supporting our Sales team in business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- RH Analyst (50%)
- Manage and monitor contracts for employees.
- Ensure administrative documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support the day-to-day RH administrative operations of the office including:
- Timesheet review and Time Bank balance (On Call, nightshift, Overtime)
- Vacation planning (coordinate with Functional manager)
