Job Description
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support
- Maintain and organize company files, records, and documents
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities
- Prepare reports, forms, and other documentation as needed
- Monitor and check office inventory and stock levels regularly
- Prepare materials lists for procurement, especially when stock levels are low or unavailable
- Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing team for replenishment of materials
- Support other departments with administrative requirements
