The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical support to four Directors by coordinating working agendas, acting as a liaison with internal teams and external business partners, and managing diverse tasks assigned by the executives.
Responsibilities
Manage and arrange day-to-day calendar management, scheduling, agendas, calls and meetings.
Manage the daily calendar arrangements of 4 company executives; arrange travel planning, accommodations, itineraries and handle expense reports with related areas.
Perform administrative and area support including preparation, writing and consolidation of weekly/monthly reports, purchase orders, T&E control and PowerPoint presentations.
Manage the relationship with Amex Integral Travel.
Maintain professionalism and exercise discretion when interfacing with direct reports and other areas.
