Job Summary
Our organization is seeking an Administrative Assistant with foundational accounting skills to support our growing team. The role requires proficiency in QuickBooks and Zoho accounting software to manage financial documentation and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities- Enter and process journal entries accurately to maintain financial records
- Prepare financial documents in QuickBooks, including invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Perform data entry and organize document filing to support office operations
- Manage various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily workflowCollaborate with team members and work independently to meet deadlines
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally to support team coordination
- Adapt to additional duties as assigned to meet organizational needs
- GCEO level or its equivalent
