Administrative Assistant I | HR Records & Administrative Support

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant I to support a large-scale HR personnel file cleanup and organization project in Meriden, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, administrative experience, and the ability to handle confidential information in a professional office environment.

Work Model: Day Shift – AM (07:00 AM – 03:30 PM)

What You’ll Do:

  • Review and organize employee personnel files
  • Separate active and terminated employee records
  • Organize benefits and medical documentation into appropriate sections and files
  • File large volumes of loose paper documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information
