Job Description

We're Hiring: Office Admin (Part-Time / Full-Time)

FinTrainers is looking for 2–3 Office Administrators to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Handle student queries and follow-ups
  • Manage schedules and basic office coordination
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with students and faculty
Requirements
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
