Administrative Assistant II, Outpatient Rehab Services - 12th Street Santa Monica

Description

You will provide administrative and clerical support for the Santa Monica 12th Street Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic. Major duties include processing new and returning patient information, registering and scheduling patients, and processing patient payments.

Hourly Salary Range: $26.42-$37.49Qualifications

We're seeking a dedicated professional with:

+ Scheduling experience for healthcare/patients required
+ Experience with EPIC preferred
+ Experience working in a dynamic team environment
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Knowledge of medical terminology
+ Knowledge of physical therapy or rehab services terminology preferred
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to safely perform repetitive bending, stooping, squatting, standing or sitting during day
+ Sufficient dexterity and strength to perform standard duties
