Job Description

The Administrative Assistant II will maintain the day-to-day workflow of the Lifestyle Redesign Knowledge Mobilization Initiative and support marketing efforts.

+ Performs varied administrative and general office duties for an academic or administrative department.

+ Supports a wide range of essential activities, including coordinating communications, managing course enrollment and CEU certificates, ordering supplies, organizing events, maintaining databases and websites, and facilitating information flow across stakeholders.

+ Schedules meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities

+ Maintains and updates the operational systems.
