Position Snapshot: The Administrative Assistant supports multiple AIM departments include our maintenance and Information Technology department, including purchasing and receiving. The Administrative Assistant helps triage the building and operational end needs of the agency. The role provides ongoing support to the Executive Admin team for the success of planned outcomes.

Essential Functions:

+ Maintain organized logs of inventory, invoices, receivables, shipping trackers, etc. using Microsoft applications.
