Reporting to the Office Manager with a secondary reporting line to the COO, you won’t just be managing a front desk; you will be the operational backbone of the client services team. As the Administration Team Leader, your focus will be on leading and coaching an administration team of 8 to 10 team members, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional care across the clinics. 

This role sits within a busy and friendly team that deeply values collaboration, empathy, and mutual support.
