Job Description

Qualifications

  • 2–10 years of relevant work experience
  • With Legal Background
  • Proficient in English communication (written and verbal)
  • Willing to work onsite in Salcedo, Makati
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and basic digital tools
  • Bachelor's degree in any field required

Administrative Work

  • Handling of bookkeeping tasks including but not limited to check or voucher preparation and petty cash monitoring, fund transfers, payroll vouchers, purchasing etc. in coordination with SEAPCI's Finance Officer and SEAPCI staff.
  • Handling of HR Functions including but not limited to employee attendance, 201 files, Company, IDs, implementing and recommending revisions of SEAPCI HR Manual, as well as other Rules and Regulations of SEAPCI, etc.
  • Handling of Office Maintenance tasks including but not limited to overseeing office equipment, office supplies, office repairs...
