Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the IT team
- Arrange meetings and manage schedules
- Prepare simple reports and maintain records
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
- Support other ad hoc admin duties when needed
- GCE ‘N’ Level or above
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in administration, vendor coordination
- Able to commit 6-mth contract
