General & Secretarial Administration
Handle day-to-day administrative and office support duties Manage incoming calls, emails, courier, and correspondence Maintain proper filing and document management systems (physical and electronic) Prepare engagement letters, invoices, quotations, and other administrative documents Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers Arrange meetings, appointments, and staff schedules when required Assist in preparation and lodgement of statutory documents with ACRA Maintain and update statutory registers and corporate records Prepare simple board resolutions and administrative forms Support management and team members on ad hoc assignments Requirements
Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification Prior administrative experience in an accounting, audit, or corporate secretarial firm will be an advantage Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good communication and interpersonal s...
