Job Description
Responsibilities
- Reply email, answering telephone calls & enquires
- Prepare Quotation, Invoice, Credit Note, Tender Forms andapply Permit To Works; manage other general administrative tasks.
- Record and write minutes for administrative and operationsmonthly meetings.
- Sourcing quotes from vendors or subcon
- Handle administrative duties including proper organisationof records/data keeping
- Develop and implement procedures, policies, and officeadministration systems.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all scopes of work.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events.
- Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.
- General administrative duties, clerical work and any otherad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior
- Work day : 5 days work week
- Diploma in any field
