Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and personal support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Handle email correspondence, phone enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and external parties on administrative matters.
- Assist with event planning, travel arrangements, and logistics when required.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management duties.
- Support ad‑hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in administrative, coordinator, or personal assistant roles preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
