Job Summary
  • Adecco is partnering our client, one of the leading Tech MNCs
  • We are looking for an Admin Assistant
  • The role will start out as a contract
  • Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience of especially calendar management for more than 1 person.
  • Travel and expense management.
  • Highly responsive and adept to changes.
  • MNC background would be ideal.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
  • Ability to be a self-starter, proactive, ask questions and be open to learning.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel...
