Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for general office administration.
  • Prepare & manage order fulfillment (e.g. sales order, purchase order, quotations, invoices, delivery order, etc.).
  • Reviewing the accuracy of data entry and documentation when checking for delivery and purchasing orders.
  • Run the necessary reports of the company’s progress.
  • Handle all incoming calls, emails, memorandums, faxes and redirect them to the related parties.

Requirements

  • Prior calibration knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Minimum certification is SPM.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work honestly and with integrity.

Qualifications

Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
