Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support.
  • Assist in issuing POs for purchasing of goods, plant, machinery and raw materials; follow up with vendors on deliveries.
  • Handle and direct incoming calls, messages, and walk-in enquiries.
  • Handle documentation, filing, data entry, scanning, records management, and preparation of correspondence and forms.
  • Handle office supplies, stationery, vendors, and general office administration.
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Training provided – No prior experience required.
  • Required language(s): English and Mandarin. Proficient communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • A team player with initiative, able to work independently.
