Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents and data for Finance
- Issue staff passes, stationery, and handle general administrative matters
- Perform onboarding processes for new employees
- Manage employee leave, overtime (OT), and expense claims
- Handle asset tracking and work pass collection (if applicable)
- Assist with job postings
- Arrange training sessions and coordinate travel logistics when required
- Arrange and coordinate interview sessions with customers
- Ensure compliance with ISO.
- Assist with employee performance assessments and evaluations
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior
- 1 to 3 years of administrative experience
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn
- Attention to details
