Job Description
  • Provide administrative support to Sales Team in daily operations and coordination.
  • Manage RFQ enquiries and route to Project Managers for quotation preparation.
  • Assist in preparing quotations and ensuring timely submission to customers.
  • Create job numbers, process PO/WO, and maintain proper sales documentation.
  • Track and follow up on sales activities to ensure smooth workflow and updates.
  • Support general administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • GCE O Level / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Prior experience in the marine or related industry will be an advantage
  • Experience with XERO accounting system will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words & Excel)
