Job Description

  • Answer questions and help potential students/parents.
  • Solve customer problems and collect feedback.
  • Communicate with parents and students.
  • Administration:
  • Manage student records, class schedules, and attendance.
  • Collect fees and handle late payments.
  • Reporting:
  • Create monthly reports on student and class numbers.
  • Update lead and sales numbers weekly.
  • Facility & Supplies:
  • Keep the center clean and safe, Maintain equipment and services.
  • Ensure supplies are stocked.
  • Other Ad-hoc functions
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of working experience in centre operation functions.
  • Experience in tuition centre/Chilcare centre/co-curicular centre will be an added advantage
Working Hours

Tuesday to Friday: 3 pm to 9 pm

Saturday & Sunday: 10 am to 8 pm
