Job Information
. Salary Package: Basic (starting from 2k) + Performance Bonus

. Working Hours: 9am - 5pm
. Working Location: Ubi/Eunos

Responsibilities
. Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal
. Handle customers' orders & inquiries with efficient manner
. Handle the procedures of all orders & shipping documents accurately
. Monitor and expedite delivery according to production schedule.
. Coordinate & follow up with production in fulfilling the job orders, deadline & shipments
. Handle excellent working relationships with clients
. Manage the general office administration functions together with other administrators
. Filing and maintaining of documents
. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
