As a therapist within the Emergency Follow Up Service, you will work on-site at the Guelph General Hospital. Your role is critical in delivering empathetic care and conducting thorough assessments. You will utilize a range of therapeutic modalities to assist clients and their families in navigating challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform assessments to guide treatment plans
