Job Description
Role: Activities Coordinator
Location: Hill House, Combe Raleigh, Honiton, EX14 4UQ
Hours: 37.5hrs
Pay: £12.77 p/h - £12.98 p/h
Rota: Monday to Friday 9-5
The Role
- Maintain and improve the social and mental health of residents.
- Provide a varied range of social activities suitable for residents.
- Get to know residents as individuals, involve them at all stages of activity development, and tailor activities to their current physical and mental needs, including those with dementia.
- Develop positive and supportive relationships with residents using their life stories, experiences, and interests to collate personally meaningful activities that engage each person, maintaining choice to participate or not.
