About the role:
This position is situated within the MacKillop National After-Hours Services Unit which is responsible for providing high quality residential care that supports the emotional, social and behavioural care needs of vulnerable young people.
The After-Hours Support Worker will support staff in providing ‘best practise’ care that meets the day-to-day needs of young people whilst delivering high quality outcomes for all young people and their families. Participate in team meetings with the National After-Hours Support Worker Team and other forums as required.
We are looking for 3 permanent full-time workers based in Preston, VIC within our MacKillop National After-Hours Service. The position reports to the Team Leader/ Coordinator.
Key Selection Criteria:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 3-5 years experience in youth services or residential care;
