Acquisition Associate - Dubai Global Realty

This job is offered on a fixed‑term 12‑month contract, renewable or convertible to permanent. The Acquisition Associate will support the Middle East Real Estate team within Amazon’s Africa, Middle East & Turkey Operations Real Estate organization. The team is responsible for timely completion of property transactions including acquisitions, renewals, expansions, terminations and reconfiguration of existing warehouse space in the AMET region.

Role Focus

The role will support the expansion of Amazon’s dark stores network and focuses on commercial real estate acquisition.

Requirements

• Experience in acquiring/searching for commercial real estate (retail, warehouses, offices)
• Understanding of the Dubai commercial real estate market
• Driver’s license
• Project management experience is an advantage; the role does not involve construction, only acquisition management
