Job Description
Responsibilities
- Tender Surveying, Checking of documents and understanding of specifications;
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities, Liaise with the client / consultants
- Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
- Prepare quotations, variation orders, BQ, cost planning.
- Coordinating submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Familiar with ACMV /HVAC System;
- Preferably have local construction experiences;
- Prefer immediate available candidate.
