**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Code all vendor invoices to the proper departments and expense GL accounts
- Work with internal business partners on PO alignment and invoice approvals
- Call new vendors to verify banking information
- Manage third party credit memos to ensure they are applied when applicable
- Track and follow up on vendor refunds
- Audit support, special projects and ad hoc requests

- 2-3 years of applicable experience
