Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the effective management of accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and strong customer account management. This position plays a critical role in maintaining cash flow, supporting commercial objectives, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all customers have received monthly statements for payment processing.
• Drives collections by monitoring ageing reports, following up on overdue accounts, and minimising balances beyond 30 days in the private sector and 90 days in the government sector.
• Engages with the AR team to reconcile incoming payments and maintain accurate customer account status.
