Accounts Receivable Specialist in Healthcare

Take charge of financial processes as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, ensuring accurate billing and collection within a healthcare environment. Engage with patients and healthcare providers daily.

As part of the finance team, this position reports to the Director of Finance, handling all aspects of Accounts Receivable. You'll interact with patients, generate invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments, supporting monthly reporting and compliance efforts in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and apply payments using Meditech
• Investigate discrepancies in patient accounts
• Initiate collections for overdue patient balances
• Prepare physician reimbursement summaries each month
• Support vendor maintenance for Accounts Payable

Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration or related field
