Accounts Receivable Specialist - Addison, TX

Malin is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to work with our customers in a professional and customer-friendly manner to obtain payments for open receivables. The successful person in this role will be personable, energetic, a problem-solver, and methodical in their attention to detail. Essential Functions:
Business-to-business collection calls and/or correspondence in fast-paced goal-oriented collections department.
Providing customer service regarding collection of unpaid invoices, processing customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve customer discrepancies.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts.
Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
High volume e-mails and phone calls
Resolve customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances that are due
