Accounts Receivable Representative

Overview

The Accounts Receivable Representative is responsible for collection and deduction management. Assists in the reconciliation of payment discrepancies and disputes and recommends solution and resolution alternatives.

Responsibilities

1. Perform key Accounts Receivable requirements including, but not limited to
2. Collections and cash application
3. Order management, billing corrections, invoices for customer advance payments
4. Account and Bank Reconciliations
5. Deduction Management
6. Balance A/R logs
7. Maintain accounts receivable files
8. Obtain proof of delivery documentation
9. Prepare monthly and Ad hoc statements to customers
10. Perform Month End Close processes
11. Other Ad hoc duties as requested

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Three (3) or more years of experience in billing and collections
