Accounts Receivable Executive Manager

Role: Manager – Accounts Receivable Reports To: General Manager-Finance We’re looking for a hands-on AR leader to manage key B2B accounts while leading a team. This is a player-coach role, combining execution, ownership, and team leadership to improve collections and strengthen financial operations. What you’ll do Own end-to-end AR for key B2B accounts (collections, disputes, cash application, invoicing validation) Drive reduction in DSO, aging, and overdue balances Lead, coach, and monitor a team of AR analysts (KPIs, SLAs) Handle complex escalations and customer negotiations Perform and review daily/monthly reconciliations and ensure ledger accuracy Own AR book closing activities and ensure timely month-end closure Ensure adherence to timelines, controls, and compliance requirements Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (customers, auditors, partners) Review and report receivable aging/disputes and guide team on priorities Partner with Sales, Ops and Billing to resolve d...
