Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Our client is an established wholesaler and distributor and is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their Finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong retail deduction experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate will be a fast learner, highly organized, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform full‑cycle Accounts Receivable functions, including collections, cash application, deductions management, reconciliations, and customer account maintenance.
• Manage collections for assigned customer accounts, with a focus on retail accounts.
• Investigate and resolve customer deductions including rebates, shortages, pricing discrepancies, non‑compliance fines, and promotional programs.
• Request and review supporting documentation including BOLs and PODs.
