Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts receivable function across a property portfolio
• Drive collections and actively follow up on outstanding debtors
• Conduct weekly age analysis reporting and provide actionable insights to management
• Review billing processes and utility recoveries to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Monitor customer accounts and implement strategies to minimise credit risk
• Manage foreign currency transactions and monitor country exposure risks
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2 Accounts Receivable staff members

Skills & Requirements
