We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist to join a growing organization. This position is responsible for managing outstanding receivables, maintaining customer accounts, and partnering with clients to resolve payment issues while fostering positive business relationships.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email regarding account balances, payment status, and dispute resolution.
