Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support day-to-day receivables activities for a Contract position based in Saint Louis, Missouri. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience who can manage incoming payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and help maintain accurate customer account records. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to billing and cash application processes while partnering with internal teams to keep receivables operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
• Process customer invoices and ensure billing records are accurate, complete, and issued on schedule.
• Apply incoming payments to the appropriate customer accounts and resolve discrepancies related to remittances or unapplied cash.
