Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a manufacturing team in Moorpark, California on a contract basis with the potential for a permanent position. This position is ideal for someone who brings strong experience in receivables, commercial collections, and cash application work, along with the ability to manage account issues with accuracy and professionalism. The role supports timely payment activity, account reconciliation, and cross-functional coordination to help maintain healthy customer accounts and reliable financial records.

Responsibilities:
• Review aging data regularly to spot past-due balances, unusual payment activity, and accounts requiring follow-up.
• Record and apply incoming funds from multiple payment methods, including checks, wire transfers, credit cards, and other remittance channels.
