Accounts Payables Assistant

Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with an established organisation based in Oxford to recruit an Accounts Payables Assistant. The Accounts Payables Assistant will receive a salary of up to £29,000 along with additional benefits including a bonus!

Primary responsibilities;

• Using and maintaining the SAP Business ByDesign system and other finance-related software
• Processing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate coding and approval
• Maintaining accounts payable records and tracking spreadsheets
• Preparing supplier payment runs in accordance with company procedures
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Dealing with supplier queries by email and telephone
• Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts and records
