Accounts Payable/receivable Specialist

Job duties- encompass using different systems and processes focused on a variety of financial, fiscal, accounting and administrative tasks.- The financial accounting analyst will be working on activities related to accounts payable/receivable, collection and bank transactions (national and international), issuing DANFE for import/export process.- Performs data entry, ensures that transaction entry verification procedures are followed and issues operational internal controlling reports.- Interface with accounting firm and reconciliation of the accounting data in ERP system, and upload the support documents in the corporate system.- Ensures that transaction entry verification procedures are followed using existing procedures and analyzing information to solve problems.
Skills/experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business Administration
- Solid experience in financial / accounting processes ( Minimum 4 years )
