Accounts Payable Specialist in Edmonton

As the Accounts Payable Administrator, you will handle a high volume of invoices, manage payment runs, and serve as the main point of contact for vendor inquiries. Your ability to effectively communicate and manage details will directly support our operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices with high accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate payments ensuring timely vendor settlements
• Manage inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally
• Match invoices to purchase orders for compliance checks
• Process employee expense claims and reimbursements
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
• High school diploma; Accounting degree is a plus
