We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations for a contract opportunity based in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey. This position focuses on accurate invoice processing, expense coding, and client billing activities while helping maintain consistency across accounts payable procedures. Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices and corporate card activity with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.

• Review charges carefully to ensure expenses are assigned to the appropriate general ledger categories and linked correctly to client accounts when costs are billable.
